Offred and Sir Gawain A hero is a person honored for his/her achievement of courage and nobility, especially one who has risked or sacrificed his or her life. Offred from the The Handmaidââ¬â¢s Tale, by Margaret Atwood and Gawain from Sir Gawain and The Green Knight, by Anonymous are the protagonists in these works of literature who are admired for their good qualities. Offred and Sir Gawain show some traits of bravery. However neither Offred nor Sir Gawain did anything extremely brave, nor do they achieve anything great. These characters reveal qualities of fear, pride, selfishness, and when faced with the situation of death, act like any other ordinary human being, which means they cannot be honored as heroes. When the president was killed, the government suspended the constitution. ââ¬Å"There wasnââ¬â¢t even rioting in the streetsâ⬠(Atwood 172). Offred did nothing to even try to stop these events from occurring. Society began falling apart. Offred had her accounts suspended and lost her job. There is no doubt that it would have been hard or even impossible to prevent these acts of oppression and persecution. On the other side, Toyota still struggling with the crisis and respond to lessen impact with the CEOs apologies to the public, the purpose is reducing the negat ive publicity as much as possible. Yet, it seems to be hard to rebuild their reputation as before. As like, determination that a firms actions or inactions are directly responsible for a tragic event is likely to severely affect consumer regard for the organization (Dean, 2004:201). As a result, two cases show that crisis can be huge damage to organization image, yet, with well-organized strategy, the crisis could be solved and rebuild the positive reputation. To conclude, publicity can be assist organization image and reputation either as positively or as negatively. Therefore, it is important to understand the strategies that can be employed to assist both. By understanding of them, the organization can be maintain positive publicity for develop their healthy image, on the other side; they also enable to make lower negative publicity in order to reduce and prevent organization image. As mentioned above, two cases (Johnson Johnson and Toyota) shows that how the negative publicity has affected the organization in terms of image and reputation. Especially, when organization is in a crisis, it would be help to rebuild good image if they using publicity as effectively. As a result, publicity has essentially supported public relations endeavors, because publicity allows achieving public awareness and building relationship between products and consumers. Therefore, once organization uses positive strategies in order to gain a good image, it ca n be actually supported public relation in effective way.

Macbeth and Famous Tragedies Essay
Macbeth is one of the most famous tragedies of Shakespeare. It is divided into five acts focusing on Macbeth and sometimes other characters that affect Macbeth. The two main characters in the play are Macbeth and Lady Macbeth who are well-developed. After Macbeth killed King Duncan of Scotland, he and his wife, Lady Macbeth, became King and Queen of Scotland. However, they did not have peaceful life as what they wanted. They always felt worried and insecure. In act five scene five, when Sayton, Macbethââ¬â¢s servant, told him of Lady Macbethââ¬â¢s death, he talked to himself as his response to this news. Macbeth thought that time went slowly: ââ¬Å"Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, Creeps in this petty pace from day to day, To the last syllable of recorded time;â⬠The soliloquy of Macbeth means that how the days stretched out. Each day is the same as the one before and they would continue to do so until the end of time. It made Macbeth felt bored, so time perhaps went slowly to him. We could see another reason why Macbeth felt time went slowly. Actually, Macbeth is not a bad man. He loved Lady Macbeth so much. Therefore, he was convinced to be the murder of King Duncan by her so that they had the power to do whatever they wanted. Those days were yesterdays and past time of him. He wanted to come to tomorrow because each tomorrow means the last day of all yesterdays when Macbeth spent to kill people. The looking forward could make time go more slowly than it was. Beside, after Lady Macbeth to whom he spent all his love died, life for him was not meaningful any more. It also made him as well as people in the situation like him feel the days went slowly. With the great ability of using figurative language and the exquisite style of writing, Shakespeare contributed to the success of the play especially act five scene five that is best-known part of the play.

Henry V starts off as a pleasure-seeking boy that tussles with his role as an heir to the throne. With the power of the throne one of his remarkable qualities is his determination, the ability to accomplish a goal once his mind is set on. Will the power he gains impose his fictions upon the world? Merriam-Webster defines power as a person or organization that has an ample deal of control and influence over other people or organizations. Based on this definition, I agree that King Henry V has the power that leads him to impose outrageous fictions on the people around him, but he is not the only one who uses power to impose fictions on each person around them. Canterbury is the first character to show a significant example of power to impose their fictions, even though he is only in the story for a short period of time. Canterbury advises King Henry to go to war to France; the war is only to take his mind off of passing a bill both Ely and Canterbury (bishops donââ¬â¢t want to pass ). The bishops know that Henry feels he has a claim to the French throne as well; therefore, they think if they can get Henry to start a war, then he would concentrate of the invasion of France over the bill.
